Scout provides a platform for content creators to discover brands, access contact information, manage outreach, and track partnerships. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

5. Trial Accounts and Fair Use

Trial accounts are provided for evaluation purposes only. Bulk extraction of data, including but not limited to revealing an excessive number of contacts within a short period or exhibiting usage patterns consistent with data harvesting, may result in immediate termination of access without notice or refund.

Scout reserves the right to revoke trial access at any time if usage patterns suggest intent to circumvent payment or extract data in bulk. We may impose daily or total limits on certain features to ensure fair use.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers
• Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused features

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Scout Social, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service.

• Usage patterns suggesting data harvesting or bulk extraction
• Non-payment of subscription fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We are not liable for any loss of data or access resulting from termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Contact information will be accurate or current
• Any particular results will be achieved through use of the Service
• Brands will respond to your outreach or enter into partnerships

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCOUT SOCIAL, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
